• 1 bedroom:  Changeover - £100
  Check & refresh (if property has been empty for 7 or more days) -  £30
  
   
• 2 bedrooms: Changeover - £120
  Check & refresh - £40

• 3 bedrooms: Changeover - £155
  Check & refresh - £50

• 4 bedrooms: Changeover - £190
  Check & refresh - £60

• 5 bedrooms: Changeover - £275
  Check & refresh - £80
   

Linen Hire service is provided upon request at an additional price. Please contact for an additional free quote.

WELCOME PACKS & SUNDRY ITEMS

We can also provide welcome packs for your guests these are charged extra and can include local produce please request this at the time of quotation
