Antiviral Fogging

Throughout the Sars-COV-2 pandemic MBT Property Management Ltd have put Guest, Staff and Owners safety at the forefront of our procedures. We now offer Antiviral Ultra Low Volume Foggin (ULV FOGGING)

What is Fogging? 

Ultra Low Volume (ULV) Fogging is the use of machines that distribute an antiviral disinfectant in a fine mist to cover all surfaces. The mist is pushed out under pressure the antiviral disinfectant spreads across a wide area and can get into hard to reach areas. Fogging takes place after cleaning. It does not preclude the need to clean first.

We offer welcome packs for your guests it adds a personal touch to their arrival. These can be personalised to your requirements, we usually recommend bread, milk, biscuits and locally sourced produce.
